This fascinating Berber rug was most likely woven in the Atlas Mountains. It is made up of 18 different 'windows,' with each pictogram portraying a scene that represents different aspects of Berber customs, practises and beliefs. Despite the clear differences that these traditional patterns show, the rug seems to come together in a harmonious way, showing the skill of the artisan who made it. It has the potential to fit into classic and contemporary spaces alike.
