Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days from confirmation of payment
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

Delivery

• Standard UK delivery in 2-5 working days from dispatch
• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays
• We use trusted couriers such as DPD, UPS and Royal Mail, depending on the size and value of your item.

Damaged or Lost Items

• All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping
• If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
• We may require photographic evidence to process damage claims with the courier.
