This Saddle Bag is a captivating remanent of tribal history. It features a punchy design, with diagonal 'z-shaped' motifs and a couple of stepped stars that are beautifully rendered in electric blue and yellow outlines. The loosely strewn tassels around the edges hint at its former life among the Baluch nomads, where it would have been used for storage and carried on horseback. Whilst it no longer serves its original function, it could be used as a small rug or decorative wall hanging.
