Its main border includes a procession of stepped bird motifs, as well as a series of playful human figures that wander in-between. The serrated prayer niche of the field unfolds into an engaging diamond lattice, each compartment holding a delicate, floral image. Though signs of wear appear throughout, the natural blue and red colour dyes remain vibrant, preserving the authentic spirit of this Marasali.
